The CBS1000-PA - continuous band sealer offers many benefits. They can seal any thermoplastic material, including polyethylene, polypropylene and laminations with foils. They are perfect for mid- or high-volume sealing. A band sealer machine is very easy to operate. All the operator needs to do is feed bags into the machine. Filled bags move along on a motorized conveyor belt. The machine guides the top of each bag through the sealing process by PTFE bands. It comes with change parts for vertical use, and also allows, using its integrated solid ink coding system, to stamp an expiration date & batch number directly on the seal.
