Custom manufacturing allows you to customize the conveyor according to your requirements. We can build your conveyor taking into your consideration the desired length, width, height, angle and chain/belt material.

Custom manufacturing allows you to customize the filler to your requirements. We can manufacture the semi-automatic piston filler while taking into consideration the filling capacity needed, the filling ranges to achieve, and any other specific needs to your product.

As for the automatic Flow-Back filler, we can customize it while taking into consideration automation, production speed or any other specific needs to your product.

Rotary Table :

Custom manufacturing allows you to customize the turntable according to your requirements. They can be used at the end of the production line, at the line entrance or as a buffer space to accumulate products at a key location on the production line.

We can manufacture the turntable while taking into consideration the filling capacity, the diameter of the plate, the direction of rotation, the bottle entry side, the desired height, the feed plate, the transfer plate as well as a bottle deflection/orientation system for a production line entrance.

Custom Part:

In our workshop, we have a conventional lathe for parts of 21 inches in diameter by 60 inches long. This allows us to meet the needs of our customers even better.

Thanks to our outstanding machinist, we are able to machine parts directly at your home, for greater simplicity and speed.

In addition, we have a machine for plasma cutting. With its remarkable finish and low cost, plasma metal cutting is an excellent alternative to laser and can cut different types of materials in varying thicknesses.
