This gravity filling machine is a great option for liquid and foam type products. Made of stainless steel and aluminum, with Tri-clamp connections, it is very easy to clean. The basic model includes 4 filling heads, control panel for variable size selection, foot pedal, dispensing and recovery tanks. Possibility of automation on conveyor. This filler works for the following products : Chemicals, juice, water, lotion, and any gravity descending product. Options available : Automation (to add indexes and programming to the automation) Pneumatic valve (to add a valve between the filler and the tank to allow optimal filling of the filler if necessary) Additional filling heads Applications : chemicals, juices, water, lotions and any other product that can be filled by gravity. Filling volume : according to configuration requested by the customer, approximately 50 ml to 4000 ml. Payment Terms : 50% due upon order confirmation, balance due prior to shipment (or pickup) from our facility.
